Gadia has very strict recruiting policy. In order to enter into our database all candidates undergo an extensive interviewing, application and testing process which contains:
Face to face interview with company's psychologist. Upon psychologist's conclusion a candidate is either rejected or allowed to pass next step
1. Medical Card (or references that they are free from following diseases:C Hepatitis, AIDS, Tuberculosis, Herpes. And also a reference from a psychiatrist:
2. Statement for convictions (criminal background check)
3. Verifiable employers references;
4. Statement of Residence (in case of rent or mortgage agreement);
5. Copy of ID;
6. Handwritten resume;
7. Copies of ID's of family members;
Only the candidates who passed the interviewing process and provided all abovementione documentation enter the database!
